My journey to holistic support

My path to becoming a psychotherapist and nutritionist was driven by a deep desire to understand people beyond surface-level symptoms. I realised that mental and emotional wellbeing are intrinsically linked to physical health and lifestyle. This led me to expand my training, creating a unique holistic approach that addresses both the psychological and physiological roots of your challenges.
